I have been spending the last few months studying what this book has to say and it is extremely eye opening for me. Spending time meditating after each chapter is definitely important to be able to soak in the information. I still go back and read through chapters even though I have not finished it all the way through yet. This is hardly a light read. This is something I will be studying for some time.
